Refund & Return Policy

At USCOL Shop, we take pride in delivering high-quality customized garments. Because many of our products are made to order, our return policy differs from standard retail stores.

1. Customized & Personalized Items

Due to the personalized nature of custom apparel:

✅ Customized products are non-refundable and non-returnable

This includes items with:

  • Embroidery
  • Printing
  • Logos
  • Custom text
  • Special placements
  • Custom color selections

Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

We will gladly replace or refund items if:

✅ The product is defective
✅ There is a production error
✅ You received the wrong item
✅ The customization differs from the approved design

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue
  • Item must be unused and unwashed

Approved claims may result in:

✔ Replacement
✔ Store credit
✔ Refund (case-by-case)

3. Design Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving:

  • Artwork
  • Logo placement
  • Text
  • Colors
  • Sizing
  • Garment selection

Once approved, USCOL Shop is not responsible for errors overlooked during approval.

4. Sizing Issues

We recommend reviewing sizing charts carefully.

❌ We do not offer refunds or returns for sizing errors unless:

✔ The wrong size was shipped
✔ The garment was mislabeled

5. Color Variations

Please note:

  • Screen colors may differ slightly from physical garments
  • Minor color variations are not considered defects

6. Shipping Issues

If your package is:

✅ Lost
✅ Damaged during transit

Contact us immediately. Claims will be handled with the carrier when applicable.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled:

✔ Before production begins

Once customization or decoration starts:

❌ No cancellations or refunds are possible

8. How to Request a Claim

To report an issue, contact us:

Include:

  • Order number
  • Description of issue
  • Supporting photos

9. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Processed via original payment method
  • May take 5–10 business days
